can you name that bird?

We were in sitting in my parents living room over looking the tranquil lake in the back, I noticed on the top of this huge evergreen a bird. So I took some shots, anyone know what it is?

It’s an Osprey, thanks to all who pointed that out.

James, you probably don’t remember me (from Crossroads, and now of Texas) but I have enjoyed seeing your pictures on this blog. I looked in my Guide to Birds of North America and think I have identified the bird in the picture. It looks to me like an osprey. Has anyone else commented?
